Youthlink Evaluation Summary (April 2019)

• The Youthlink evaluation conducted by Paul Testro Consultancy focused on program implementation and outcomes. Findings indicate positive outcomes from program participation.

Resolve Evaluation Summary (June 2023)

• An interim evaluation of Resolve by Griffith University found that the program is effective in creating positive change including improved connections, life skills, trust, resilience, and hopefulness. There was also a significant reduction in risk levels related to offending behaviours.

Step by Step Evaluations Summary (April 2026)

• The Step by Step, Thriving Young Families evaluation conducted by The Science of Knowing found that the program delivers positive outcomes for young families, including improved housing stability, safety, wellbeing, parenting confidence and future hopefulness.

Family Functional Therapy – Child Welfare Evaluation Summary (October 2020)

• The FFT–CW® evaluation conducted by ARTD Consultants found that the model was implemented with fidelity and resulted in increased skills (such as emotional regulation, parenting skills and calming strategies), reduced mental distress for both parents and children and improved family relationships.

Thriving Families Evaluation Summary (March 2021)

• The Thriving Families Project evaluation found sustained stable housing, increased personal confidence and capability, improved understanding of child development, and stronger social connections for participating families.

Logan Zero Evaluation Summary (July 2025)

• An evaluation of Logan Zero found that collaborative, coordinated place-based approaches are effective, strengthening collaboration, improving data sharing and supporting better outcomes for people experiencing homelessness.
